Poke Poke is a Hawaiian dish that consists with raw fish and rice. Traditionally the Hawaiians use Ahi Tuna, but you can use other fish like salmon, yellow tail, or even shrimp. On top there is a sauce, it can be mild spicy, creamy or sweet. You can also add toppings like onions, carrots, edamame, cucumber or seaweed.

- 1 pound of ahi tuna, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
- 1/3 cup onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup of may
- 1/4 cup of sriracha
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
Mix all ingredients together minus the rice and let marinate in the fridge for an hour, take out and serve and add toppings if desired!
